Order passed by Ld. Additional Session Judge, Khatra Court, on 21.03.2018 in connection with Indpur P.S. Case No. 66/11 Date 31.07.11 u/s 376(1) IPC, GR No. 345/11, S.C. No. 4(3)12 & S.T. No. 1(7)12 is as follows:
The accused Swapan Mahato is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 9 years and further to pay fine of Rs. 2000/- in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months more for the offence punishable u/s 376(1)IPC as per order.
