Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Sonamukhi P.S. Case No. 30/13
Order passed by Ld. Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st. Court, Bankura on 23.03.2018 in connection with Sonamukhi P.S. Case No. 30/13 Date 07.05.13 u/s 498A/326/307 IPC, GR No. 250/13, S.C No. 15(09)2013 & S.T. No. 15 (11)13 is as follows:
The accused Sk. Mojammel @Mojamolla Haque Vill. Shyampur, P.S. Pursura, Dist. Hoogly A/P Vill. Gognidanga, P.S. Sonamukhi, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer 10(Ten) Years rigorous imprisonment for committing offence u/s 307 IPC and also pay fine Rs. 10,000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment of 6 (Six) months. The period of detention of the convict shall be set off u/s 428 Cr.P.C.
