The accused Person Sumanta Ghosh s/o Late Badal Ghosh of Vill. Nandanpur, P.O. Nakaijuri, P.S. Onda, Dist. Bankura. He is sentence to suffer life imprisonment and also pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- i.d. to suffer further R.I. of one year for committing offence u/s 302 IPC .
