Accused Prasanta Kr. Mondal is guilty of the offence punishable u/s 279 IPC and sentenced to fine of Rs. 500/- I.d. to SI for 15 days and he is also sentence to pay of Rs. 500/- for the offence u/s 427 IPC I.d. to suffer S.I. for 15 days fine paid.
