The accused Taju @ Rajkumar Bagdi (23) s/o Habal Bagdi of VIll. Damodarbati., P.S. Onda, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life till natural death for the offence punishable u/s 376 (2)(f)(l) of IPC and fine of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh rupees) i.d. to suffer S.I. for 01 (one) year.
