The accused Lalu ansari is found guilty of offences u/s 279/338 IPC and sentence to pay a fine of Rs. 200/- for offance u/s 279 IPC i.d. to suffer s.i. for 03 days and to pay a fine of Rs. 300/- for offence u/s 338 IPC i.d. to suffer s.i. for another 03 days.
