Accused Jhantu Duley is guilty of the offence punishable u/s 279 IPC and sentenced to fine of Rs. 500/- I.d. to suffer S.I. for 15 days and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/- for the offence u/s 337 IPC I.d. to suffer S.I. for 15 days of offence punishable u/s 338 IPC to fine of Rs. 500/- I.d. to suffer S.I. for 15 days of the offence punishable u/s 427 IPC and sentenced to fine of Rs. 500/- I.d. to suffer S.I. for 15 days.
