The accused person Nemai Bouri (35 years) s/o Late Dasarath Bouri of Vill. Lachmanpur, P.S. Gangajalghati, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life for the offence punishable u/s 302 IPC and fine of Rs. 5,000/- in defult of payment of fine he will suffer imprisonment for further 06 months for commission of punishable u/s 302 IPC.
