Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Bankura P.S. Case No. 52/15
Order passed by Ld. 3rd Additional District & Session Judge, Bankura Court on 20.06.2017 in connection with Bankura P.S. Case No. 52/15 Date 21.02.15 u/s 302 IPC, GR No. 194/15 & S.C No. 10(07)15 and S.T. No. 06(8)15 is as follows:
The accused Person Taraknath Lohar (45 years) s/o Sambhu Lohar of Vill. Malleswarpally, P.S. Bankura, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life for the offence punishable u/s 302 IPC and fine of Rs. 10,000/- in default of payment of fine he will suffer imprisonment for further S.I. for 01 year for commission of punishable u/s 302 IPC. He is also convicted for 07 years for commission of an offence punishable u/s 307 IPC & fine of Rs. 5000/-. In default of payment of fine he will suffer S.I. for 06 months. Both the punishment will run concurrently.
