Order passed by Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Khatra on 08.03.2016 in connection with Taldangra P.S. Case No. 23/08 Date 19.07.08 u/s 341/324/34 IPC GR No. 215/09 is as follows:
The Accused persons namely Srikanta Banerjee is found guilty of the offence u/s 324 IPC and is convicted u/s 248(2) Cr. PC. The accused is sentenced to undergo R.I. for one month and also to pay RS. 2000/- as compensation to Uttam Banerjee within one month id to further s.i. or 15 days .
