Conviction of 3 (three) accused persons in Onda P.S. Case No. 30/09
Order passed by Ld. Additional Sessions’ Judge, 3rd Court, Bankura on 11.03.2016 in connection with Onda P.S. Case No. 30/09 Date 08.05.09 U/S 498A/304B IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, GR No. 316/09 & S.C. No. 01(04)12, S.T. No. 01(16)13 is as follows:
The Accd. Persons namely 1.Subal Maji ( 65) s/o Lt. Rampada 2. Jobarani Majhi ( 55) w/o Subal Maji 3. Prasanta Maji ( 27) s/o Subal Maji are sentenced all of Jambedia PS Onda, District Bankura to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 07 (seven) years for the offence punishable U/S 306 IPC (as charge was framed U/S 306 IPC) and fine of Rs/- 5000 each and id to s.i for 06 months each. They will also to suffer 02 years rigorous imprisonment punishable U/S 498 A IPC and fine of Rs/- 1000 each and id to s.i for 03 months each. Both the sentences will run concurrently.
