Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Bankura PS Case No. 36/15
Order passed by Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Bankura Court on 30.07.18 in connection with Bankura PS Case No. 36/15 Date 07.02.15 u/s 341/325/304/506 IPC, G.R. No. 132/15 , S.C. No. 05(09)16, S.T. No. 13(04)16 is as follows:
Accused Uttam Ruidas @ Kala (29) s/o Rupchand Ruidas, Vill. Natun Chati, Muchipara, under P.S. Bankura, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I. for 05 (five) years for committing offence u/s 304 IPC & also to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- i.d. to suffer R.I. for 3 (three) months.
The period of detention of the convict shall be set off u/s 428 Cr.P.C.
