Accused Rajib Kr. Hatui is hereby sentenced to pay a fine of Rs. 900/- ( Rs. 200/- for the offence u/s 279 IPC Rs. 200 for the offence u/s 337 IPC, Rs. 300 for the offence u/s 338 IPC and Rs. 200 for the offence u/s 427 IPC i.d. to suffer S.I. for 09 days.
