On 31.10.15 receiving source information ASI Balaram Chakraborty seized one truck bearing regn. No –JH- 05W6678 loaded with approx six tons of spong iron lumps near Jambedia more as the driver failed to produced any documents in respect of the loaded materials. This refers to Barjora P.S case No 99/15 dt 31.10.15 u/s 379/411 IPC and 30(2) CMN Act.
