Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Simalpal PS Case No. 58/14
Order passed by Ld. Additional Session Judge, Khatra Court on 23.07.18 in connection with Simalpal PS Case No. 58/14 Date 15.06.14 u/s 376/511 /456 IPC is as follows:
The Accused Biswanath Lohar is found not guilty to the charges punishable u/s 376/511 IPC and he is acquitted from the aforesaid in terms of section 235 (i) CrPC.
It is further ordered that accused namely Biswanath Lohar is found not guilty to the charges punishable u/s 456/354 IPC and he is convict there upon provision of section 235(2) CrPC.
The accused person is taken into custody.
The convict namely Biswanath Lohar is sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3(three) years and further to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-(one thousand) in default, to suffer for 02(two) months more for the offence punishable u/s 354 IPC.
The convict namely Biswanath Lohar is further sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2(two) years and further to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-(one thousand) in default, to suffer for 02(two) months more for the offence punishable u/s 456 IPC.
