Conviction of 3(three) accused person in Saltora PS Case No. 108/11
Order passed by Ld. Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st. Court , Bankura on 28.09.18 in connection with Saltora PS Case No. 108/11 Date 25.12.11 u/s 325/307/302/34 IPC & G.R. No. 1089/11, S.C No. 06(12)12 , S.T. No. 03(02)13 is as follows:
Accused 1. Janu Bauri (47) S/O Lt. Bhabana Bauri of Vill- Rangamati, PS- Saltora, Dist- Bankura 2. Megha Bauri (37) S/O Lt. Bhabana Bauri of Vill- Rangamati, PS- Saltora, Dist- Bankura 3. Manda Bauri (35) S/O Lt. Bhabana Bauri of Vill- Rangamati, PS- Saltora, Dist- Bankura are sentenced U/S 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I for Life for committing offence U/S 302 IPC and also to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- i.d. to suffer further R.I for Six months. And Janu Bauri has also sentenced U/S 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I for one year for committing offence U/S 323 IPC and also to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- i.d to suffer further R.I for one month. All the sentenced shall run concurrently.
