Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Onda PS Case No. 127/2017
Order passed by Ld. Additional Session Judge, 1st Court, Bankura on 28.08.18 in connection with Onda PS Case No. 127/2017 Date 28.07.2017 u/s 323/324/341/342/ 354/366/506/509 IPC, GR No. 712/17, S.C. No. 03(09)17, S.T. No. 01(11)17 is as follows:
The accused Shantigopal Mondal @ Shana (37 yrs.) s/o Lt. Biswanath Mondal of Vill. Lauda, PS Onda, Dist. Bankura is sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C. to suffer RI for three (03) years for the committing offence u/s 354 IPC and also to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- in default to suffer further RI for 06(Six) months. Convict is further sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C. to suffers RI for 01(One) year for committing offence u/s 324 IPC, and also to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- in default to suffer further RI for 01(One) month.
He is further sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C. to suffers RI for 01(One) year for committing offence u/s 342 IPC, and also to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- in default to suffer further RI for 01(One) month.
Convict is further sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C. to suffers RI for 01(One) year for committing offence u/s 506 IPC, and also to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- in default to suffer further RI for 01(One) month. All the sentenced shall run concurrently.
The period of detention of the convict shall be set off u/s 428 Cr.P.C.
