Hazi Mondal (49) S/O Lt. Iman Ali Mondal of Vill- Dhanda, PS- Onda, Dist- Bankura 4. Lalan Hazra @ Nur Habib Hazra (38) S/O Lt. Mansur Hazra of Vill- Lalitganj, PS- Garbeta, Dist- Paschim Midnapur 5. Fulbabu @ Fula Khan (56) S/O Lt. Manir Khan of Vill- Zirri Para, Punisole, PS- Onda, Dist- Bankura 6. Nuru @ Nur Ali Mandal (56) S/O Lt. Iman Ali Khan of Vill- Dhanda, PS- Onda, Dist- Bankura are sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I. for Life for committing offence u/s 302 IPC and also to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- I.d. to suffer further R.I. for Six months. They are also sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I. for ten years for committing offence u/s 364 IPC and also to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- i.d to suffer R.I. for Six months. They are further sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffer R.I. for five years committing offence u/s 201 IPC and also to pay fine of RS. 10,000/- i.d. to suffer R.I. for three months.
All the sentenced shall run concurrently.
