Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Khatra P.S. Case No. 53/14
Order passed by Ld. Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd. Court, Bankura on 27.02.2018 in connection with Khatra P.S. Case No. 53/14 Date 27.06.14 u/s 376(2) (i) IPC and Six of POCSO Act’12, SPL. No 05/14, S.T. No. 02(12)14 is as follows:
The accused Samir Bhuina s/o Bibhuti Bhuina of Vill. Hirbandh, P.S. Hirbandh, Dist. Bankura is sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- i.d. to suffer for one year further R.I. for committing offence punishable u/s 376(2)(f)(1) IPC. And also sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000 i.d. to suffer for one year further R.I. for committing offence punishable u/s 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012. Both sentences will run concurrently.
