Accused Swapan Kora (26 yrs) S/o Shri Kadan Kora vill. Tetulgara P.S.– Saltora, Dist- Bankura has been sentenced u/s 235(2) Cr.P.C to suffers rigorous imprisonment for Ten years for the committing offence u/s 376 I.P.C., and to pay fine of Rs. 15000/- in i.d to suffer S.I for six months more. He is also sentence to suffer S.I for three months for the offence punishable u/s 341 IPC. He is also sentence to suffer S.I. for three months for the offence punishable u/s 323 IPC. He is also sentence to suffer S.I. for Six months for the offence punishable u/s 506 IPC. All the sentence shall run concurrently. The period of detention of the convict shall be set off u/s 428 Cr.P.C.
