Community Policing Programmes taken by Bankura Police Department
[dropcap]B[/dropcap]ankura District Police is engaged several public welfare activities particularly for poor and marginalized sections of the society to further improve police-public relations and involve community in efficient delivery of police services.District Police is organizing health camps,cloth and utensil distribution programmes,books distribution, sports competition,blood donation camps etc.. District police is also running two schools for primary education at Punisole ( Minority dominated village) and Satnala (poor tribal village in junglemahal). We look forward to further strengthen community-police ties through these activities.
