Conviction in Chhatna P.S. Case – Bankura District Police

Chhatna PS. case No. 16/97 dated-30.04.97 u/s 463/464/465/420 IPC and 7/13 Prevention of Corruption Act & Spl. case No. 2 of 2000 // 4 of 1998 .The Accd. Person namely Dilip Kumar Roy (B.L. & L.R.O. Chhatna) s/o Lt Kiriti Bhusan Roy of Durgapur Station Para PS. Cockoven dist. Burdwan is convicted u/s 7/13 (I) (d) (ii) Prevention of Corruption Act R.I. for 03 years and also fine of Rs. 5,000/- & Rs. 10,000 respectively and for the non-payment of money S.I, for 02 months and 03 months respectively. All the punishment will run concurrently. The Judgement was passed on 08.10.2015 by Sri Sukumar Sutradhar. Addl. Sessions Judge 3rd Court (Spl.) Bankura.
