The Accd. Person namely Manbodh Mondal s/o Lt Sankar of village Bagdiah, PS. Chhatna, dist Bankura is convicted u/s 302 IPC and sentenced to suffer R.I. for life and also with fine of Rs. 5,000/- I.d. to suffer rigorous imprisonment for another 06 (Six) months for commission of offence U/S 302 IPC. The judgment has been passed on 18.09.2015 by Shri D.N. Roy Borman Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court Bankura.
