The accused is here by sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/- for the offence u/s 279 IPC I.D. to suffer S.I. for 15 days, Rs. 1000/- for the offence u/s 338 IPC I.D. to suffer for the one month and Rs. 500/- for the offence u/s 427 IPC I.D. to suffer S.I. for fifteen days.
