Conviction of 3(three) accused person in Onda P.S. Case No. 36/16
Order passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C Court, Bankura on 08.05.18 in connection with Onda P.S. Case No. 36/16 Date 24.02.16 u/s 498A/304B/34 IPC & 3 /4 D.P. Act, G.R. No. 238/16, S.C. No. 01(11)16, S.T. No. 08(01)17 is as follows:
Accused 1) Raju Mitra s/o Sri Sudhir Mitra 2) Sudhir Mitra s/o Lt. Bibhuti Mitra and 3) Nupur Mitra @ Nepi w/o Sudhir Mitra all of vill. Lapur, P.S. Onda, Dist Bankura are sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10(Ten) years each for the offence punishable u/s 304B of Indian Penal Code. They are also sentenced to suffer S.I for one year for the offence punishable u/s 498A of Indian Penal Code and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-(One thousand) each, in default of payment of fine, they will suffer for one year. Both the substantive sentence shall run concurrently. The detention all ready under gone by the convicts in any manner in this case, be set off u/s 428 of Cr.P.C.
