The accused person Srikanta Karmakar is here by convicted of the offence punishable u/s 279/337/427/ IPC and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs. 800/- I.D. Suffer S.I. 10 days for offence u/s 279 IPC. And fine of Rs. 500/- I.D. Suffer S.I. for 05 days for offence u/s 337 IPC. And a fine of rs. 1000/- I.D. To suffer S.I. for 10 days for u/s 427 IPC. All the sentences will run consecutively against the accused.
