The Accused Chandra Ket Prasad Yadav is found to be guilty u/s 279/338/427 IPC and convicted u/s 252 Cr.P.C. He is sentence to pay a fine of Rs. 500+500+500=1500/- as fine i.d to suffer s.i. for 30 days .
