Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Sonamukhi PS Case No. 56/16
Order passed by Ld. Additional District & Session Judge, 2nd Court, Bankura on 13.09.2017 in connection with Sonamukhi PS Case No. 56/16 Date 02.05.16 u/s 354(A) IPC, & 08 of POCSO Act. ST. 3(9)16, Spl. Case NO. 14/16 is as follows:
The accused Chandi Charan Ghosh @ Methra s/o Lt. Kirit Ghosh VIll – Shibdanga, P.S. – Sonamukhi Dist – Bankura is sentenced to suffer for R.I. for two years and also pay fine of Rs. 5000/- for committing offence punishable u/s 354A IPC. He is convicted for commission of offence punishable u/s 08 of POCSO Act for 04 years and also pay fine of Rs. 5000/- I.d. to suffer further R.I. for one year. Both the punishment will run concurrently.
