Accused Supriya Pati @ Nepu@ Paresh is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 2,000/-(two thousand) in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 03(three) months more for the offence punishable u/s 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
