Conviction of 1(one) accused person in Gangajalghati P.S. Case No. 69/15

The Pitabaas Bouri (48) s/o Lt. Guiram Bauri VIll- Kushtholia, PS- Gangajalghati Dist- Bankura, is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life the offence punishable u/s 302 of IPC and pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- i.d. to suffer S.I. for one (1) year. And he is also sentenced to suffer R.I. for two (2) month for the offence punishable u/s 447 of Cr.P.C. Let both the sentence be run concurrently.
