The accused Sudan Bagdi is found to be guilty u/s 406 IPC convicted for said offence u/s 248(2) Cr.PC and directed him to pay a some of Rs. 2000/- only as compensation to the d/complainant Joydeb Bagdi u/s 5 of Probation of Offenders Act.
