Order passed by Ld. Additional Sessions’ Judge, 2nd Court, Bankura on 27.04.2016 in connection with Saltora P.S. Case No. 41/10 Date 12.06.2010 u/s 376 IPC & GR No. 407/10 & S.C. No. 7(8)12 & S.T. No. 01(12)11 is as follows:
The Accused persons namely Uttam Pal s/o Bhudeb Pal of Nimra, PS Saltora, Dist Bankura for committing rape upon the victim girl Sumitra Pal w/o Manish Pal of Nimra, PS Saltora, Dist. Bankura so he is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for 07 (seven) years and also pay a fine of Rs. 20,000/- in default to simple imprisonment for another six(06) months for commissions of offence u/s 376 IPC .
