Conviction of 1 (one) accused persons in Barjora P.S. Case No. 70/12
Order passed by Ld. Additional District & Sessions’ Judge, 1st Track Court, Bankura on 31.05.2016 in connection with Barjora P.S. Case No. 70/12 Date 27.06.2012 u/s 302/201 IPC , GR No. 624/12 & S.C. No. 01(11)12 and S.T. No. 01(01)13 is as follows:
The Accused Person namely Pintu Saha (22) S/O Tapas Saha of Vill. Durgapur Bus Stand Simultala Colony P.S. Cockoven Dist. Burdwan has been convicted to suffer imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of RS. 5000/- id to SI for six (06) months for committing an offence u/s 302 IPC and also sentenced to suffer SI for 01 (one) year for committing an offence u/s 201 IPC. Both the punishment will run concurrently.
