Conviction of 2 (two) accused persons in Indpur P.S. Case No. 05/09
Order passed by Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khatra on 19.07.2016 in connection with Indpur PS Case No. 05/09 Date 25.01.09 u/s 326/34 IPC Act is as follows:
The accused Tushar Kanti Patra and Kalpana Patra are found guilty of the offence u/s 323/34 IPC and are convicted under section 255(2) Cr.PC. The accused Tushar Kanti Patra is sentenced to undergo R.I. for fifteen days and also to pay Rs. 10000/- as compensation to Bharati Patra within two months ; i.d. to suffer S.I. for one month; the other accused Kalpana Patra is sentenced to undergo S.I. for seven days.
