Today on 3rd day of “ANNADAN” project of Bankura Police District , Lunch of Rice, Dal, Vegetables, Egg and Chutney was served to 200+ people of village-Katium, Sabar para, Ranibandh Block.
All the persons were thermally screened and made aware of the hygienic measures to be adopted for preventing Corona infection.
S.P Bankura- Shri Koteswara Rao .N, IPS ; Addl. S.P (Rural), Bankura & SDPO(Khatra), Bankura and team served cooked lunch viz. Rice, Dal ,Vegetable and Eggs to all persons of the village and nearby hamlets.
Those who were incapacitated were served food via doorstep serving.
This efforts being inspired by Hon’ble Chief Minister, WB will continue for the month long on a pilot basis.
